I just finished this one on GIMP. Another picture found on google and played around with which resulted in this.
From the anime Eureka 7 of course
and in Black and white because it just looks better plus sets a better mood IMO. Also used the smudge tool here...sorry...I am just in love with it now 
I was trying different things with the boarder and this one looked the best IMO. What do you think?
